Why has my laptop been crashing for the last 25 minutes?
Because Windows is pulling its routine "Automatic Update" bullshit. That's when Microsoft servers take over your computer, downloading tons of patches and shit. Then, you get the Automatic Update screen: Restart Now or Restart Later. If you're out of the room, on the phone, in a meeting, etc., your computer restarts in 5 minutes and you lose all of your work.
