Buffalo Pork!!
I ask again why no one has tried to make this deep fried delicacy? Too good to be true? Or would something go wrong?

As a lover of all things buffalo I think this idea is long overdue. I'm envisioning a sweet and sour-esque fried pork dripping in Franks.
